you should get some menthol rubbing oil and just massage it every now and again. the menthol will numb some of the pain and the massaging will ease up the muscles (and oil helps so rubbing won’t hurt). idk, i use that.

Nothing, just gave me something for the pain and told me to stay horizontal until it got better. I was only allowed to sit up to go to the bathroom for like a week.

unsolicited med advice: if it’s an option, wear a neck brace and if the pain doesn’t fade w/in 1-2 days, check-in w/ a doc just to be safe. take care!!
